Terms and Conditions of Sale – Fair.Core

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations between Fair.Core (the “Seller”) and any natural person acting as a consumer (the “Customer”) wishing to make a purchase on the website www.faircore-shop.com (the “Site”).

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Photographs, colors, and logo placement are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery fees.
Fair.Core reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates applicable at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

The Customer validates the order after reviewing the cart and accepting these Terms. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the contract.
Fair.Core reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous payment dispute.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods as indicated.
All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days within France.
Delivery costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method.
In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed and may cancel the order in accordance with consumer protection laws.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing justification or incurring penalties.
The Customer must return the product in its original condition; return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Fair.Core will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

⚠️ Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

9. Legal Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
In case of defect, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or reimbursement.

10. Liability

Fair.Core shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or its products, nor in cases of force majeure.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Fair.Core.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator before initiating any legal proceedings.
If no amicable resolution is reached, jurisdiction shall rest with the competent French courts.
